Sandy Cove note

Just a heads up to my readers - my three book Sandy Cove series will be going out of print this week.

If you have ever wanted to order the series, please do so in the next few days. (I will have limited copies available myself in the future, but since I'm in Canada, the ordering cost will be higher).

It hasn't been an easy decision, but Sandy Cove was never intended to be open to sale publicly. I thank everyone who has bought the books - especially those that followed it when it was posted online in the late 1990s. I had some great readers (and writers) help shape the series.

Brookline University will continue to be sold through Lulu and Amazon.com.

Updates

Well, so much for my efforts to keep this blog updated.

So far I am 20,000 words into the edit of Brookline University: Sophomore Year. It's slow progress, but I am glad I'm at least making some.

The most difficult thing about this rewrite so far is that I had previously rewritten parts of the novel and not the entire thing. Everything dealing with sorority rush/recruitment was never touched - I may have updated the online versions, but not my hard copies. Yet other aspects were updated. So it's a real mish mash trying to keep everything straight. The sorority aspects are the ones that are the most difficult, because it requires complete rewriting, not just editing. I also had to do a lot of research for this opening section.

After I finish this section, it will (hopefully) get easier.
